Who We Are
Michelle Green and Ashley Whitt
Michelle Green - Co-Founder, Curator & Art Advisor
M.A. in Curating (University of Kent), published art historian, professional curator with extensive gallery and museum experience
Michelle leads Art Y'all's private tours, corporate education programs, and curatorial services. She's organized exhibitions, curated independent artist booths for Austin's Affordable Art Fair, and brings years of gallery and museum expertise to Dallas's art scene. Her approach focuses on removing intimidation from art world experiences—whether you're a wealth advisor learning to guide collecting conversations, a corporate team exploring galleries, or a beginning collector developing your eye.
Beyond Art Y'all, Michelle offers curatorial consulting and art advisory services for private clients
Ashley Whitt - Co-Founder, Artist & Curator
Multidisciplinary artist, MFA (Texas Woman's University), Director of Visual Resources at SMU
Ashley leads Art Y'all's public programming and artist workshops. Her work explores themes of duality, psychological states, and the monstrous-feminine through image transfers, video, sculpture, and bookmaking. She's taught photography and art at the university level and brings both hands-on artistic perspective and curatorial expertise to Art Y'all's programming—offering insight into creative processes and the practical realities of working as an artist in Dallas.
Together, we bring professional curatorial knowledge and hands-on artistic experience. We remove attitudinal barriers from the art world, keep groups small for real dialogue, and make Dallas's art scene accessible. Buy what you love—we'll never tell you what you "should" collect.
